Step 1 Put the white paper on the blue copy paper and draw the design you want on the white paper. Step 2 Spread your transfer gel evenly where you need it. Step 3 Press the white paper you drew the pattern on to where you applied the transfer glue. Step 4 Gently remove the paper from the skin and the tattoo transfer is complete.
