Would recommend to anyone with stiff neck or neck pain.I think the advertisement is false, photo shows the light on and not plugged in...mine doesnt do that..has to be plugged in to work!This is as close as you can get short of an actual neck massage. Very relaxingI love this product! It's super easy to use and really helps with pain relief. It not only works for your shoulders but can be used on your back too. The handles make it really easy to move it wherever you need it with more or less pressure.
