Gives you a really good back stretch, worth it for me but maybe not for everyone.Work well, but arrived scratch also, my comment is to packing better for other customer to not receive scratched product...Having heard about PSO rite, I wanted to get one for my back as I have a bad habit of sitting awkwardly at work. Upon first trial, I was ready to return this thing it hurted me so bad and not in a good way. Did some futher research and was told that the pain is normal for first few tries until you get use to it. So gave it another go and toughed it out. Toughing out is what did the job. After about the first 20-30 seconds of torture, the pain just magically went away and I felt I could lay on it for a minute or longer. Used this thing everyday and noticed that my back was hurting as much.Great job PSO back!I have bad posture and my upper back suffers from it. My muscles are always tight around the upper part of my back in between the spine and shoulder blades. If I lay on it just right I can move around and it digs in there and pulls all the tight muscles better than my back cane tool. For me this was worth it for just that. It does stretch out the back well too.Hardest part is getting used to it when you first get it. Use a pillow first for a whiile and remove the pillow when you're ready.Great for hitting trigger points and mobility work throughout my back.I currently weigh 235 lbs and this thing has no issues supporting the full weight of my back when I’m using it.Go to their social media or YouTube channel for some good tips on how to use it for different issues and mobility work.I waited for a sale since the price point can be a little steep, but I really like these products.I bought this to try out after getting the Pso-rite. This is pretty good for getting out knots on the muscles that run along the spine but it didn’t always relieve my back pain. I also had some difficulty lining this up properly to target the muscles. Overall, pretty good, but I still prefer my pso-riteI love all my Pso products ❤My Pso back creaks and squeaks every time I use it though (75 kg) and that is very annoying and makes me feel fat and I wonder if it will break. None of my other Psos make any noise, Pso rite, neck, mini and the weight is the same.The first narrowest ridge is not good, I would like that one taken off, if it ever gets changed. I use it only with the wide side now.It still functions, great colour, was delivered really fast from US to Europe.I have tried dozens of self massage techniques and devices. Nothing comes close to this. This can target trigger points along your erector spinae muscles like no other. This instantly relieves back tightness and knots along the large vertical muscles in the back. It’s nearly as good as an actual massage in terms of that targeted relief. This device has changed my life.Yes, it' hard ( wear a sweater). Yes, it's just a piece of plastic. But the release of the paraspinals is incredible. The dragon fins are close to each other at one end, in order to get between the scapulas. After just one day, I breathe better, I have a better posture. I use it also vertically, against the back of the chair. Just lile with a foam roller, you have to slide, twist, move your arms. I own spiked balls, theracanes and various other devices, but this one is an excellent concept. Maybe, having just one size is not such a good idea. I feel the arch could have been wider, with some extra smaller fins. But, they could not have sold this to everyone. I did not buy the Pso rite, from the series, insted I chose the Trival, whereyou can adjust the distance.Item arrived with a large crack in it
