I ABSOLUTELY love my machine. If you are concerned it is an electric version of the manual fringers for sale, you are in for a surprise. This actually is a little bigger than I expected. No problem there. It works like a dream. The dial on the front for how wide the cuts will be may have to be adjusted to get the rollers to turn. I believe it is on the lowest setting when you first get it. So don't be alarmed. Just turn that dial to make the cuts wider.I couldn't believe how perfect and fast this thing cuts. It was fully charged and I received it in only 5 days! It has taken longer to get things from California to Florida. I don't know how they did it. I saw it may be sold out. I would think that will change as this is a fine quality piece. A lot of care was taken to design and build this machine.I couldn't be happier with it so far.
